Return & Deliveries


General Delivery Info

  • We deliver using DPD, Royal Mail and other courier services. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive delivery tracking details via text and/or email.
  • We currently only ship within the UK
  • Delivery to the following UK post codes occur additional delivery charges (we will contact you to arrange the additional payment)
    • Channel Islands: GY, IM, JE
    • Scotland: HS2, KW16-17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41 - PH44 and ZE2-3
  • All deliveries require a signature and will arrive anytime between 9 and 5pm on a week day.
  • If you would like to collect from us that is no problem just drop us an email to arrange a collection time.
  • For shop orders, provided that your entire order is in stock, orders are usually shipped within one to two business days of receiving your order, except for holiday or busy periods.

Hire Delivery Info

  • The hire start date is the date you wish to receive your delivery. We recommend selecting a delivery date at least 2 days before your event/holiday.
  • If you would like a date which is blocked out in the booking calendar or have specific delivery date requirements, then drop us an email with your required delivery date and we will see what we can do.
  • Please hold onto the original packaging which we deliver your hire item in, ready for your return.

Hire Return Info

When the time comes, here’s what to do after your hire. You have the option to return, extend or purchase the hire item:


To return your hire item, simply follow the below steps:

  1. Please re-pack the hire items into the delivery packaging in which your items were received.
  1. Fill out the returns form which is included in your delivery.
  1. Please send the item back to us. You can either use the free DPD returns label which is included in your delivery package – this means dropping off at your nearest DPD drop off point (click here to find nearest DPD drop off point) or you can arrange your own return. Our returns Address is: The Main Gatehouse, Redhill Aerodrome, Kings Mill Lane, Redhill, RH1 5JY. We do recommend a tracked service.

Following the end of the Hire Period, the Item must be returned to us 3 clear working days following the hire end date, otherwise you may be liable for additional charges (please refer to t&cs). Where you return the Item earlier than the return due date, you shall not be entitled to any money back from us.

Please note, do not attempt to wash any technical ski wear clothing in a washing machine. We do this for you!



If you would like to keep your hire item for longer, please book a hire extension through our website under the ‘post hire’ section. You will need to select your hire item and how long you would like your hire extension for. Please ensure you book your hire extension as soon as you can to help us plan our stock availability.

We do offer the opportunity to purchase the item you have hired from us with a discount applied (subject to availability).  If you are interested in purchasing your hire item, drop us an email to with your order number & we will send you a quote.
